I recently went visited Fins and experienced a similar problem others have written about. The 1st line of vacuum stations have overhead attached hoses. These hoses will scratch up your vehicle as I found out. When I calmly mentioned the issue with the manager on duty- they filed a report and took photos of the damage with very obvious scratches left in my 1 year old expensive vehicle. The manager stated someone would be in touch. When the general manager did contact me he stated in short, there was nothing they will do as it was the decision of the regional manager not to assist in the matter. I suggest nobody use this business if they won't even take care of something that could easily be resolved. Shame on them!
Awesome vacuums and clean rags with windex! Very clean and organized all around. Love the carpet cleaners.

The soap they use does not clean my car well leaves spots. On a positive note appreciate the fact they offer window cleaner, and vacumes at no charge.
