Great gas station. There's room for improvement cause of the food service. No consistency at all, not their fault. It's a lack of training. I can order a chicken sandwich and be amazing and I can order the exact same meal again and be horrible. I keep going back cause I keep hoping for the great meal!

I've been shopping at this location for some time and have had great service each day I come. Every time I come here the employees are incredibly fast and friendly! No matter how busy they get everyone works with a sense of urgency. The manager who currently runs this location clearly understands how to run a business because the restrooms are very clean, the shelves and cooler are always stocked, and the exterior puts other convenient stores to shame. This company obviously knows how to do things because they have an amazing team across the board here!

The car wash is outstanding. It does a very good job at cleaning our 3 cars. It also has vacuums and cleaners ready for you after the wash. Go with one of the memberships starting at $14.00 a month. Well we'd north it. The employees are always friendly and the manager is awesome.

I've been a regular for a while now. The Mrs's, 5 children and myself are in Spinx once or twice daily. We've had issues recently with alot of things that are likely due to high employee turnover and the absence of management during the p.m. hours. However when I finally had enough and decided to complain to a manager (Kelly whom also is new) she seemed to care enough about losing my business that she promptly made things right! And even stated her position and stance to making a promising difference at this Spinx location. . . Greatly appreciated.

Rating this visit a 3/5 stars, not because of customer service or anything else but because of the food service. I ordered a burger with no lettuce, no tomato and no mayo, ended up with all of it on there anyways, I ordered this with the kiosk and made sure the options were unchecked. I wanted to leave this review so the food staff won't mess up anyone else's food order, overall the burger was good, just had to take the condiments/lettuce/tomato off.
