Horrible experience with the assistant manager. Possibly need to find someone a little less timid and a lillte more professional. She attacks paying customas and makes them empty their pockets. Its alot like she wants them to steal??
Unfortunately, I bought a CC beanie on the online webpage. I did not realize this was an imported Chinese-made item. My mistake, for whatever reason I was under the impression they were made here and by your store. If not for the astronomical shipping I paid paired with buyer-paid return fees I would be returning my item. Not just because of the source of the product but also because it is very tight around the forehead (my head is average size).
Cute clothes at decent prices, but the return policy is not reasonable. If you need to return anything, you will not be given any money back on your purchase even if you have the receipt and it's only been two days. You are only given the option of store credit. Unfortunately, this will deter me from ever going back.
If shoplifting is an issue here, the staff needs to be properly trained on the matter. Not falsely accuse any woman who doesn’t purchase an item, that is extremely unprofessional and humiliating. I am disappointed that a friend had to deal with being followed out of the store and asked to empty pockets, lift shirt, etc.
Here’s a suggestion. If you’ve had a shoplifting issue hire some security. I find it extremely unprofessional and insulting to be approached as I get in my car. I didn’t make a purchase which lead to me being accused of stealing. I wasn’t aware that if I only want to look around I apparently need to just look through the windows like a weirdo.. VERY poor customer service. I’m thankful I didn’t buy anything after that.
