On 12/19 I called & left a message for James FOUR times & NEVER got a return call.......I do not understand this. I have never had this problem in the past. So right now a one star is all I can give.

My husband & I flew in from Florida & purchased a car in Ft. Smith & I took it over to the guys to have a full wash & detail. The guys were great & did an excellent job. The owner & his son were super nice & had me just wait in the office while the boys got the Beamer looking sharp. Good people!
