Needed a few more staff today. Staff there were great, just needed more hands. The cow was sickly looking. But nice area. Nice playground. Large pumpkin patch area. Cheap entry-$5 per person.
The Peek-A-Boo Petting Zoo and Gates Nature Preserve were outstanding. The campgrounds were well maintained and naturally shaded. The pond was very close and had plenty of fish. The kids loved the petting zoo and got to hold all kinds of reptiles and insects. An enjoyable experience for the whole family!
We love love love it here so much!! They have so many different animals to see and hold & love on. They don't have an actual pumpkin patch to pick from but they do have lots and lots of pumpkins of all sizes on site set up like a patch. They also have playground equipment that the kids love. We all have a blast everytime we go! Take a lunch or go eat at Soda Steve's or Big Daddy's after.
Amazing what's going on out here in the woods! They are open all year long, you never get bored, the whole family can come and have a good time, the drive there is scenic with a couple spots to stop and enjoy the view.
Friendly and informative staff. My daughter absolutely loved this place.
