Have been using this place since they first opened. I have 3 vehicles and all have the monthly unlimited wash. Lately, the basic wash doesn’t even have enough soap coming out. Most often the right side blowers don’t seem to work. This is still a great place to keep your vehicles clean “IF” you can find time to run through it frequently. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

The vacuums are great! The car wash could be better. Paid for the $15 wash and still had bugs on my bumper when I was done. The men attending could scrub the car a little better before putting you thru the wash so it feels like you get your monies worth.

I just bought a NEW vehicle.... There are no Cosmetic flaws to this vehicle. I decided to take it through the car wash and give it a good wash and wax. Upon leaving the Carwash I pulled into the vacuums and proceeded to clean my floor mats. Upon inspection of my vehicle I noticed the finder wells are still dirt, the running boards are still defy and the tailgate was never even touched!!! When I called the General Manager said he would have to watch the cameras! I asked the attendant who took my hone number if he would take his brand new vehicle through the wash and he shuttered! This has been the worst experience ever! When the general managed talked with me he told me it would be 24-48 hours before he could watch cameras and someone would call me back! I’m not sure why this process takes so long as the was was not that busy! TOTALLY UNSATISFIED AND REALLY ANGRY! I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS WASH!

I'll definitely be back! Update: I'm back! This place rocks! Nice polite employees and after carwash then vacuuming my car even got a free air freshener for the car! I'm thinking about purchasing unlimited plan!

We paid $15 for the carwash. The back of our car was just as dirty when we left as when we came. I spoke with a young man and asked him to look at the back of our car and asked why he didn't use the brush on it before pulling through. He said they are told to only do the window. For $15, this was most disappointing. ALSO, my husband had to unstop the vacuum cleaner hose before it would even work. We will take our business elsewhere. (I even asked for a refund with no satisfaction.) I hate to give such poor ratings, but this was poor service and value.
