Woman on the phone had a completely disrespectful attitude through the phone very arrogant attitude. We explained the situation and she was no help. It don’t cost one cent just to be nice to someone I’m disgusted on how they have this woman working there with her disgusting attitude.

I just wanted you to know that Officer Mathew Richardson has a excellent people skills. His smiling face makes you feel a ease whether you are right or wrong. Other. Officers should try it. Just giving thanks to an Officer that deserves it.

My car broke down yesterday (July 11th, 2018) while driving back from work to my house. The front passenger side wheel broke loose and tire completely separated from the car. The left front side of my car was down on the ground. My car came to a complete stop (at NW 102nd and Rockwell Ave.) and was creating inconvenience and hazard for the traffic. Three police officers showed up and helped me with getting the car fixed and get it out of traffic's way. They were concerned with my safety and safety of others. Two of the officers worked with me on the car and one officer was watching the traffic to make sure nothing dangerous would happen. The two officers that helped me fix the car got their hands so greasy which make me so embarrassed and thankful. These three officers were angles sent from heaven for me. Unfortunately I don't remember their names due to the tremendous amount of stress that I was under. The temperature indicator in my car was showing 102 degrees and these officers didn't mind helping me in that kind of temperature. They were so kind, caring and considerate. There are officers like this that make our city a great place to live. Thanks a million guys and God bless you and your families for all the good service you do for us.
