I am not pleased with the quality of the cleaning. One blouse went back, sleeves of my white winter jacket did not completely clean. My cardigan with rabbit fur accessory was not put back the way it was and it seems they’ve ruined it to where it won’t stay put. This is something that went along with my wedding dress and bought it in Germany. Also, I turned in my husbands custom made hat from LIDS to clean for the first time and they have completely ruined that, it looks like I have thrown it just like that in the regular wash Maschine. Never again.
I thought I would try a new dry cleaner that was closest to me after my move. When entering the store, I smiled and said hello. The female employee (or owner) was very rude. Also, they want you to pay up front for your laundry. Of all the dry cleaners that I’ve used in the past, you pay when you pick up. I’ll not be returning to Image Cleaners. I am a stickler on good customer service. I did not receive it at this place.
