They did not make sure my car was on the track correctly, which caused the car behind me to hit my car. Afterward no one came out to ensure the cars were not damaged. They also did not offer another car wash so I was left with a car covered in soap. Definitely will not return.nnI just read 2 other reviews from 4 months ago that state the same thing happened to them at this location. Both times nothing was done to make it right.nnUpdate: I created ticket 38764 three days ago. No action has been taken to date.
Went here and noticed very few cars outside near vacuums but thought nothing of it. Upon trying to use the vacuums, it became immediately apparent that they were not on. I then went to ask the attendant if they were broken or.just turned off and while he was not actively working on spraying a car off or helping any other patrons, he DEFINITELY seemed very put off that I would have the nerve to ask him if vacuums were broken. Clearly did NOT want to earn his check or be bothered by someone asking a simple question.
Used to be 5* but the wash wasn't as good the previous occasion and the vacuums weren't working (with no signs that was the case).nWent again today and wash quality has gone back to usual high standards and the vacuums are working again.
I've always had a good experience here when washing my cars. Never had a problem my favorite one out of the others nearby.
I got a car wash the most expensive one for my black mustang gt. It rained the next morning. They would not help me in any way as fas as letting me go threw again at least at a cheaper rate. That’s the last 20 bucks I spend there. I wash my car every couple days so it’s they lost ud83eudd37ud83cudffe♂ufe0f
