Contacted Jane at JR Lane plumbing yesterday afternoon. Described to her what I needed. She immediately got me on the phone with the owner, Jimmy Lane and got me all set up for everything needed first thing the very next morning. And at a fantastic value. But too top it all, they sent their very best man out for the job. Daniel was courteous, knowledgeable, meticulous, detail oriented, helpful in explaining, really you won't find better anywhere. Thanks for your great help!!!
Wow, Lane Plumbing has a customer for life! I called due to a water pressure issue. Mr. Lane was able to analysis the problem over the phone. The techs came the next day, fixed the problem and now the pressure is better than it has ever been. Excellent customer service, excellent workmanship. This was an extremely pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a sub contractor. I contacted them before posting this review to discuss my dissatisfaction, and the owner told me I was wrong and talked over me and interrupted me non stop. They did a rough in job for us, cost us $300 in bills due to their error, and left us with methane being blown directly under our house. The owner is a misogynist who gives unsolicited design advice. I forgot to mention: they quoted us $2700 for the job but ultimately charged $4700 with no explanation (despite having the quote in writing). I do not recommend using them.
These guys are pros. Everyone I spoke to was sharp and attentive, the techs arrived ahead of schedule, they immediately ascertained the problem, and they solved it along with another issue that I wasn't even aware of. Would absolutely call JR Lane again.
