Roberto was very professional and thorough in how he performed my AC checkup. He documented his findings in pictures and video, and explained them to me in easy-to-understand language. The estimate he provided was detailed so that I knew the associated costs to address the deficiencies that he identified. I HIGHLY recommend Roberto for his knowledge and customer skills, and I recommend ARS for having employees like Roberto.nnI did purchase a new system, which was installed by Sergio & Julio. They were talented and careful in their work and exceeded my expectations. I was updated throughout the work, and then given instructions on using and caring for my new system. These guys were great!
Nov 29, 2018 UPDATE: From 1 to 3 stars. They sent an electrician out this morning. He replaced a component which took him 15 minutes. I am hopeful that this will be a permanent fix to the issue. I am thankful that the repair has been made.nnNov 28, 2018 Had them install a crawl space dehumidifier last year which has never worked properly. Called them, the rep had left. New rep said he would come out - never did. Called him again same. Said he would come out - never did. Finally met an ARS service guy at the property yesterday said a manager would meet me the following day (today) at 1:00pm. The guy never showed up. I called the office. Put on perpetual hold. Hung up -They didn't seem to know anything about it. Who's on first?
We ended up getting two new HVAC Systems from ARS And put all new duct work and we used them for Plumbing as well. They are always very nice and professional. They will back up their work. Unlike other companies! They are trustworthy and do a VERY GOOD JOB!! We will always use them from now on. Highly recommend them.
Our service was flawless today.nnIt started out as our annual heater maintenance. The technician arrived on time. Was very efficient. Answered all questions. And was SAFE (mask at all times, shoe coverings, disinfectant).nnWe also inquired out of nowhere about getting air scrubbers installed, thinking we'd have to make another appointment if we wanted them installed. NOPE! Our service technician went out to his truck, got all the stuff he needed, and installed everything on the spot.nn5 stars.
Jose was outstanding both professionally and friendly. Came out late in the evening to assist us in getting our water unit back up and running. We recommend ARS/Jose to all.nnThanks again Jose!
