Not professional.nFirst I am asked to hold, which is understandable. But, when I finally am connected to someone who can answer my questions, he is not paying attention and having other conversations on the side. Not acceptable.

I've been a customer of Rural Plumbing since 2002. They have always been reliable and fair priced. I've had many service calls over the years and I've always been pleased with the plumbers on site. My last experience was recent and I stopped by their HQ off near Atlantic and Six Forks to see if I could get a replacement valve for my older outside faucet. The manager took time from his lunch to search the warehouse and find the exact parts I needed.... and was so kind not to charge me. I was really impressed with the care the provide.
