I used this company twice now. The first time was at beginning of covid19. It was difficult to find a plumber who was willing to enter homes to fix a leak under the kitchen sink. This company was recommended and they were available, knowledgeable, on-time, and good customer service. The second time was to replace a water heater and a rusty gasket under the sink. They were professional and fast. Very nice and understanding. It's family owned and I am all for supporting small businesses (especially through these trying times). Thank you!
I am a property manager. During a recent storm one of my tenants reported a drain that was backed up in her backyard at the bottom of a hill. Her back patio was under 5 inches of water and about to come into the house. My regular plumber was booked so I gave Plumbing Giant a try. They came out with the jetter. Not only did they come to our rescue, in the same day during torrential rains, but we saved us a lot of money. Mike and his partner were fantastic!! Such a nice guy and very professional! I will be doing a lot more business with Plumbing Giant!!
