Friendly staff. Quality work
I have been going here for at least 2 decades. Everyone has been nice and professional and I never even had any issues with my clothes. I have forgotten to get clothes out a month or two ago and they still had them. I won't go anywhere else as long as I live in this area.
Haven't been here but I've heard they don't know how to clean clothes and damage people's belongings
Very poor customer service. I was told that I could pick my items up at 5. I arrived at 5:20 my dress is at another facility. I waited 45 minutes and Mr. Chong didn't want to give me a discount. I will never return!!!
I have been taking clothes to be dry cleaners at this cleaners for nearly 30 years. I took three pieces of my wife’s clothing a dress, a top and a cotton belt just to be pressed not drycleaned the clothes were new just needed to be pressed. I didn’t notice the bill how much it was going to cost until I went back to get the clothes from the cleaners they charged me $16. I inquired why did it cost so much just to press. The owner said I should have looked at the ticket when I drop the clothes off. I explained to him I should have, but that I have been coming there for 30 years and I’ve never had any issues and I was just asking why it was so much. He repeated for the third time I should have noticed the cost on the receipt so I said to him well I guess I just won’t be coming back after 30 years . His response was OK bye. I knew then that all he ever wanted from me and all his other customers was just their money don’t take your clothes there is my advice to someone that only cares about the dollar not good service not the community thank you .
