They helped fix with damage to carpet and flooring after a huge flood in my apartment. Professional, pleasant and also courteous. As a person who is high risk for C19, I was happy they showed up with a mask and I didn't have to worry on top of the stress of what occured. Top notch, an asset to the businesses in the Triangle.

We have used Adams Carpet Care for almost a decade. As owners of multiple cats and dogs, we have had some especially challenging issues and Adams has done a great job in cleaning these areas. We are always impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and expertise...not to mention the end result which is a beautifully cleaned carpet! We have not found another Raleigh area carpet cleaner whom we trust and value as much as this firm. We would highly recommend their work.
The best Carpet Cleaning Company I could find in Raleigh, Durham, or anywhere in the Triangle. They do incredible work and have great prices. Very professional workers that take their time and do wonderful work.
We ended up not needing their services, so I cannot comment on the cleaning - but the follow up and courtesy of Steve during the estimate process is to be noted. He made sure to call me back and was very accommodating with my schedule.
