Been going here for several years. Service is always prompt and they have always taken good care of my clothes.

Truly amazing cleaners in the town. I used to use a different cleaners nearby and my uncle refereed this one few months ago. I was having a mediocre impression on the other cleaners so I wanted to try out for my suite and few dress shirts. WOW, I was more than satisfied with the quality and surprised how much they charge for such a high-quality service. There are many cleaners in Raleigh, but if you want the high quality at reasonable price, this is it. I want this cleaners to be around for the longest time seriously.

This place is brilliant. Excellent dry cleaning! Removed paint stains from my white dress which other places couldn’t remove. I also repaired my shoe, absolute looks and feels brand new. The staff was super friendly and helped me out. Highly recommend Lake Boon Cleaners.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE!nI have been going to Lake Boone Cleaners for easily 10 years. They had always done a good job and it was convenient to work. A few months back I got one of my shirts back and there was a hole in the sleeve. I brought it back and the woman said that it was likely from my elbow. I explained that this shirt was not old enough and not worn frequently enough to have a hole in it, and that the hole was not there when I dropped the shirt off. She gave me a credit for a depreciated value of the shirt. I was happy with that and continued my business there.nnAs one reviewer stated, everyone makes mistakes and I tend to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. But, it is how you address the mistakes (especially when providing a service to paying customers) that makes the difference...nnFast forward a few months, and I now have 3 additional shirts that came back with holes in the same location, that were not there when I dropped the shirts off. I spoke to the owner (a man, not the woman) and he accepted absolutely zero responsibility. He said that it was likely from my elbow. I told him the same thing I told the woman the first time, that these shirts are not old enough and do not get worn frequently enough (I have a lot of dress shirts) to have holes. And again told him that there were no holes when I dropped the shirts off. My suspicion is that one of the machines (maybe the one that presses/starches the shirts) is the culprit. He raised his voice at me and said that it was not his fault, but that it was my fault. I reiterated that there were no holes when I dropped the shirts off and now there are. He again raised his voice and stated that it is not his fault, and that it was my fault. What a terrible way to treat a long time customer.nnI told him that I had been a loyal customer for a very long time but that I would never bring my clothes back there again, and I would advise as many people as I can to not do business there either.
