Place is horrible! Dude has roaches inside the washer machines and when I went to grab my things and go the owner was there and saw get my things and go he than proceeded to follow me outside and pulled a gun out on me and told me never to come back

There is ZERO parking, not even on the street! From the outside it looks shady and frankly scary but since I am not from the neighborhood and chose it strictly as it was down the street from a friend I wanted to wash one load. Truth told, I went in on a Monday at 7pm. I didn't wash my clothes as it was filthy and a bit scary not having windows to see who was going to be approaching the building. I left. I don't know how the machines work but it was so bad being there a few minutes I didn't want to find out and left. I wouldn't return nor recommend to anyone not familiar with the location, family who owns it or who can't leave after putting clothes in.

Cleanliness...This laundromat is so dirty, I worry that my clothes will come out dirtier than they were before I washed them. Floor: Dirty. Folding tables: Dirty. Washers & dryers: The last time they saw a wipe-down was never. Walls: Dirty. Even the trash can looks dirty for a trash can.nnEquipment... The dryers don't all work well, and some of the washers don't work at all. No out-of-order sign though, and no one attending the laundromat. No instructions letting you know how to get a refund or a credit when you've lost money in a nonworking washer or dryer. The change machine is hit or miss - I averaged 5 tries per bill in getting the machine to accept the bill and give me quarters. At least I didn't lose money in it like I did in the washers and dryers. (BTW - It *does* accept $5 bills, even though it doesn't say so anywhere. I risked one to find this out. You're welcome.)nnGeneral condition... No HVAC. Everything in a deteriorated state.nnOther... I happened to be lucky enough (#sarcasm) to meet the owner, who could care less about any of the problems. The non-working dry was my fault; I allegedly over loaded it. (No I didn't.) The filth and general disrepair...'it's not dirty' (what?!?). He did point out that he hasn't raised his prices in years. Please...raise your ****ing prices if that's what it takes to clean the place up and put it in working order. But I doubt it: He was driving a brand new luxury vehicle. And it is clean.nnIf I could give this establishment -5 stars I would.

no a/c, bugs everywhere, and only one working dryer at 10am on a sunday
