Highpark Dry Cleaners & Laundromat

Owners are very nice and friendly every time I come in. It’s not really busy when I go, and it’s right by a couple restaurants and a wine shop. Great places to hangout while I’m waiting on laundry!

These people are RACIST...I visited recently put my clothes in one dryer went to store to get more change came back and the lady had took my clothes out of the dryer and put them in another one with no money then she tried to tell me that I am responsible for my clothes and she didn't know what happened and they didn't want to give me back my original $.75 that I put in the dryer then the male owner then wants to curse me out in Chinese and then tell me not to come back...all because his wife took my clothes out and lied about it...I just gathered my clothes and told them I will not do business with people who steal lie and cheat their customers ..I have been living in this area for 14 years and I am familiar with the dryers and how they operate so I know I wouldn't have made a mistake......This is not the 1st time they have discriminated against me and my mother ...one time the lady owner told my mom she had to use certain dryers because other people had to dry their clothes too I guess the people who choose to wash and dry there...this is a predominantly white neighborhood and the Hispanics and blacks no longer do business there. The owners use the 1st two dryers for there drop off clients and don't want anyone to use them but if that's the case then just put a sign up...I have had these owners even give me grief about coming back at six to get my clothes out and they don't close to seven I just recommend if you go there just to be careful they really do not want black people using their facility they prefer whites only or Chinese

I came in with my son's Taekwondo uniform that had blood on it and needed it back by a certain time. They were up front about not being able to meet the time requirements and worked with me on how and what to do to get the blood out. Instructions were clear and worked like a charm.

Love them! No matter what problem you have, they can fix it! Very reasonably priced, hands down the best laundry establishment in Raleigh.

This place is awesome. Friendly people, quick turnaround, super reasonable prices. I dropped some laundry off for a wash, dry, fold and realized when I got it back there was $45 in the pockets of one the pairs of shorts. Maybe I had forgotten about it or maybe they randomly add money to your clothing while cleaning. I guess we'll never know -but I do know this place is the bee's knees.
