We have been longtime customers (~20yrs)....but, within the past year the customer service, unprofessionalism and behavior of one staff member has forced us to stop bringing our garments my for cleaning and repair. After today's third confrontation I requested my clothing be returned and that I would take my garments to another cleaner and she dropped them on the counter said ok and have a nice day......after years in management this individual should not be serving the public and should also be counseled on listening to customers. Regretfully!

I took a dress with accordion pleats to be dry cleaned. It had been dry cleaned previously at a different location, pleats still in tact. It was returned with NO pleats left and it changed the look of the dress and made the fabric much blousier and far less flattering. I can't fathom why they would do that to the dress as the pleats were clearly intentional and part of the design. I won't be returning.

I've only taken my stuff their for minor mending work for convenience sake because it's literally 2 minutes from my house but prices are consistently two times or more what other local tailors charge. They also neglected to complete work on a piece of clothing I picked up several weeks ago and when I returned to have the work finished completely the owner tried to charge me again for the work she forgot to do the first time. I would suggest going elsewhere, lots of great tailors in the area including an excellent one I found in Cameron Village who charged me half what Jin's was trying to charge and her workmanship was impeccable.

Very nice family owned business! Pressed my husbands dress shirts really well, and at a very reasonable prices. The owner told me they have new machines in to improve quality. I will be returning regularly.
