Extremely satisfied with this experience! I did the wash and fold for a lot of laundry I fell behind on. I realized I left money in the pocket of a pair of jeans I dropped off and was so relieved when it was stapled shut in a plastic bag on top of my clothes. Thanks so much! Very good and honest people!
Capstone is the BEST cleaners! I moved my cleaning to Capstone after a bad experience at another well known (and more expensive) cleaners, and it was the best decision I have ever made for my clothing! The owners are fabulous and somehow know me by name every time I walk in. Some of the best customer service I've ever had at a business. 10/10 Highly Recommend!

THIS GUY ROCKS!!!! He didn’t have one of my pillow cases ready. Before hearing the reason why, I was a jerk (super sorry).... I was being my Long Island self. It wasn’t ready Bc the stain didn’t come out the first time and so he was doing it again to be sure it was perfect before giving it to me. He responded back to me with absolute kindness and patience. He is personally dropping my pillow case off at home when finished. Above and beyond service, the owner and his wife (the their owner) are fantastic people and I highly endorse supporting this business. Though I’m moving, my job is still nearby and this interaction alone has me a customer for life. THIS is how you treat people and operate a business. I am beyond impressed!Thank you!!!!
I had a small issue at this cleaners, and the new owner, John, went out of his way to deliver exceptional customer service. The issue was immediately rectified, and the cleaning service is excellent as well. John will do well because he cares about the customers!
