James and the staff here give the best customer service. They usually remember you and your name, and if you are picking up for your partner or family member, they remember that too. I can't say enough good things about the customer-focused service here. And yeah, my clothes come out clean and for a good price. Great place to have comforters washed as well.

In reply to the unhappy customer, Sean Kudlacz. First, you had a balance of $12.60 because when you collected your previous shirts you did not pay. i would have been more than happy to take care of the balance if you did not come in cussing up a storm to my staff. Second, even dry clean city NEVER boxed ANY clothes so we have never done that. If you would like to come in I would be more than happy to show you camera footage as well as the outstanding balance you have with us. I apologize about your bad experience and wish you the best.

It's been fine for me. I have used them a couple times a year for 5 years now and have had no problems. Very affordable too. Several times I've had a small stain on the shirts that they have not gotten out though. If you need to take care of that I recommend getting a stain stick and doing that part yourself.

I have an all white Members Only cafe racer jacket from the 80's. I searched for years to find one in 44 long. I finally bought one. A week later I fell down a hill after a rain storm (painful but hilarious). Covered this all fresh white members only jacket I searched for a long time to find in clay/mud. I took it to a dry cleaner immediately who said it had no hope, then came dry clean city. They tested a spot, and said it was possible but not a guarantee. I got a call to pick up the jacket. The walk there was nerve wrecking. I arrive and they are full of smiles. She says take a look, and to my surprise this once covered in mudd white members only jacket was a fresher white then the day that I bought it used, as well as zero trace of clay or mud. Hats off the the wonderful people at Dry Clean City who made this guy one happy camper before the Holidays! I am proud to be neighbors of this place!

I went to Dry Clean City originally because of the pricing. My guess is that they are at least 20% less expensive than the others. I have stayed and driven out of my way because of several things. Price, quick turnaround and the super friendly staff. I have been going there for at least 6 years and only once has there been a question of if they messed up a garment. I rarely write reviews but had to for these guys because they are doing great work. Keep it up DCC!
