Just got a bolt that was the exact dimensions I asked for! Unfortunately, the dimensions I took were incorrect, but if Wilders had the first random bolt I requested, I’m 100% confident they will have the right size for my project!

Not only is Wilders the only place to go for hardware or related items. (Because they do have everything), But the customer service that I received on Christmas Eve was the best customer service I have ever experienced. Period.nnI dont write reviews. It's just something I feel is a waste of my time. Plenty of vendors, over the years have not received reviews, good or bad... I am pretty sure this review and the review I left on Yelp are the only reviews I have composed, ever.nnTrust me. If you need anything that they offer, do not go anywhere else. It's a ware house full of every conceivable hardware item.nnWilder's bent absolutely backwards to help me (they were closed and let me in). To the point that all three of us were all in the stacks looking for the drill bit I was looking for. We found it after 45 minutes of aimlessly searching (they were closed and did not have any counter employees working, so we were essentially flying blind.)nnThey did not have to offer me this level of service. Wilders chose to. To me, that is the difference. Doing something because its the right thing to do.nnAn added bonus was that I met the wilder family. Mrs Stacey Wilder was the one assisting me, plus an administrative employee....nnso this service, this culture of being excellent, comes from the top down.nnWilders Inc. is bar none in my book. Bar none.
