10/20/2020- I paid for a call wash and the car wash didn't wash my car, I paid at the gas pump for the car wash, so no phone number to the gas station on the receipt. I went inside and the guy said he couldn't refund the payment and come back tomorrow the manager isn't there. I asked him to note the receipt, that he told me to come back tomorrow, he said no. I asked for the phone number and he told me to google the phone number on my phone. I told him I didn't have a phone and showed him that I only had a wallet. The guy then said he wasn't' giving the phone number and that he would have me removed, he has a line to take care of. The guy called the police and told them I was loud and yelling, which is a lie. All of this, because the guy didn't want to do his job or give a phone number.

Terrible service and no refund on car wash even though the machine was broken.
I bought a car wash to use your soft touch option because it actually works. When I drove around, it was out of order. I calmly walked in to ask for a refund and was dismissively told that I have to use the other touch less wash (that barely works) and that she wouldn’t help me. She also told me managers don’t work on Saturday. Thanks for being so helpful - I’ll find somewhere else to go in the future.
