DO NOT GO HERE!nnPumps consistently cancel transactions at gas pump causing temporary holds on funds.nnTerrible customer service and very rude employees. Higher prices than anywhere else for everything they sell including gas.nnGuaranteed to be asked for money by multiple people while getting gas and employees/business doesn’t care about it. Car wash always broken and homeless people live behind it to rush out and ask for money. Also multiple people offering sex for money... Seriously go ANYWHERE else than this place.

Stopped in to park my truck and come to find out they charge $12 for parking and they allow lot lizards to roam the lot in panhandle on their property and they don't even care the moment I walk out the door with my coffee I get hit up by a black lady and when I told her that I don't have any change she sat there and she goes well I will have sex for money as well just letting you know like I really want that I don't want those diseases and I don't need it so I moved to a different truck stop where I know things are different and things are safe in my truck will be safe the way she was eyeballing my truck was like she wanted to get in it and go

Great place with truck parking. It's one place that you can get anything you want, and I mean anything, especially after sundown.

Worst shell to deal with. On March 28th, I went there to get gas and use my fuel rewards. So I tried paying at the pump with my card. Tried it three times and it did not go through. So I went inside. The women was not paying attention and was talking to someone who did not need assistance. So I tell her I wanted a specific amount on that pump and I wanted to use my rewards. I realized before I swiped that I needed a larger amount than I stated. So she canceled it out and redid the transaction but my rewards was removed. She goes on to say that it happens to her all the time. So I ask her why did she not tell me this before I cancelled the order. She said idk and shrugged her shoulders as it was not her problem. Everyone behind that counter did not want to help me or show any type of customer service so this Shell gas station will not receive my business.
