I was met by an unmasked woman at the desk. Being in a high risk group, I mentioned it. She was very sassy, and belligerent spewing all the untruths about COVID and that she’s not afraid of catching it and she even has asthma. I said you may not be afraid to catch it, but being unmasked you could spread the virus onto others. Like me, a customer. She made no attempt to put a mask on and belittled me. I’ll never use them again, and was sorry I left my few things with them. How can this company not mandate masks? It’s irresponsible.

The always do such a great job whether it's Dry Cleaning or pressing a dress for a wedding which is what we had done this visit.
