Holly Springs Ace Hardware

This location is small but mighty. They might not have anywhere near the selection of the big box stores, but you know what you will find that you can't at those larger chains? Personal customer service. I can count on one hand the amount of times I've entered Ace and wasn't immediately greeted or asked if I needed help with anything, and that's saying a lot as I've been a repeat customer for over 2 years now. The prices are fair. The people are friendly. It's a great little, local hardware store that I'm happy to support in this community.

Great little hardware store... local gem for quick in-and-out for those last minute needs for your project. They are always helpful, answer your questions and walk you right to the item on the shelf you are looking for. Excellent loose hardware selection for nuts, bolts, screws, etc. Excellent stock of Stihl power equipment and consumables (oils, weed trimmer line, etc) Nice selection of garden tools and Garden Weasel brand tools as well, always have what I'm looking for. Overall great local hardware store!

Always helpful and they have everything for all the odd jobs and hardware needs that come up for me. Always an efficient experience, they make sure that a line does not build at checkout and ample parking. Reasonable pricing, always specials and things you need. I appreciate the rewards program and monthly mailer.

Sent me home with a re taped box with a defective product inside. On return after exchanging for a new item, I spoke to the manager who not apologetic and he said there was nothing he could do about it. He said that probably an employee put it back on the shelf without checking.

The staff here is extremely helpful. I'm not handy guy, but they're always ready and willing to help me find what I need.
