Vacuums need some attention. But the fact they let you use them as long as you need is incredible. The soft touch wash is great. It has tire brushes and even a tire shine as you exit
Very nice car wash. If you have after market wheels on your vehicle I would not use the light touch bay. I have some scuff marks on my gloss black wheels now. The brush for the wheels I believe are hard bristle. I assumed they were soft. Other than that it's a very nice car wash. I will use the touch free in the future but never again will I use the soft touch.
Usually I get good service but today the dryer stopped at 40 sec it didn't finish even half of my car. But I am still going to give it good reviews because the guys are making sure I am satisfied and handling the situation.
In my opinion this is the best place in Roxboro for an automated car wash. Only cons would be the wait times for the soft touch (touchfree isn't going to get your car's exterior clean if it's got caked on dirt or bugs) and the $4 up charge for tire shine.
Was great. Car is spotless. Alot better since they upgraded
