When disasters like a sewage backup happen we need professional help. Serve Pro of Nantahala are professional, knowledgeable, considerate and kind. We had no idea how to handle the sewage backup in our home. A call to Sean was our very best decision. Miguel and Josh came out, discussed the treatment with us and went right to work. This company saved our 4th of July family vacation. We had a house full with 10 people and five dogs. The carpet in one of the bedrooms was saturated. I called the owner at 7:30 am and he immediately sent his crew to my house. They were very thorough and professional and did a great job. They also went into our crawl space to see if they could determine what caused the water. That was going above and beyond!!

I had water damage at my house in Marble, NC. The mitigation crew from SERVPRO of Nantahala did an excellent job of evaluating the damage and managing the cleanup. Rex and his SERVPRO repair crew then stepped in and completed the flooring, drywall, and insulation work. Rex was extremely responsive and kept me updated on the progress. The repairs were complete and excellent. They performed a thorough final clean and moved all the furniture back in place.nMy downstairs looks better than before the water damage! I would highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if necessary.

We had a tree fall on our house causing major damage. The great people at Servpro Nantahala showed up promptly getting an estimate together for my insurance company. When the work started it was coordinated by Rex, who did a great job getting it going. The carpenters, Jeff and his crew were prompt and beyond professional they did an outstanding job putting our house back together correctly and timely. I would highly recommend them to repair any unexpected damages.
