Katelyn was so helpful and really went out of her way to try and help us find what we needed. A genuinely wonderful person, makes me look forward to going to TS again!

Don't buy boots here i drove 45 minutes to this store and it took them 20 minutes to find the other matching boot. I get back home to find out they gave me the wrong boot so I drove back 45 minutes again and told them they gave me the wrong one and they said they don't have the other boot and that it must have been sold with another sale. This means there are 3 customers with miss matched boots all because they are too lazy or ignorant to make sure the customer gets the boots they are paying 200 dollars for...im almost positive there are more than just 3 miss matched sales they've made.

I have had nothing but knowledgeable and courteous service by the staff, One young lady Katltynn went above and beyond to help us find what products we were looking for and she was knowledgeable of the products we were interested in, she did an outstanding job and she did it with a kind smile and was very courteous service

The store has a Mask required sign at the entrance. Everytime I go there many shoppers are NOT wearing a mask. Why is this not being enforced.

This Tractor Suppy has the worst customer service. The cashiers try but most of the male employees are often extremely rude. I often would rather drive to Waynesville than deal with the bad attitude in this store. Too bad as it gives the whole chain a bad name.
