I took 2 pair of suit pants in for alterations. First problem when I went to pick them up was they were severly wrinkled from laying in a pile of other alterations instead of being hung. On the one pair she was showing me that with the way she let out the waistline my husband would not be able to pull the zipper up all the way. As I was telling her how unacceptable that was I noticed both legs in the same area had some type of dirt/stain (they still had the tag on from last cleaning when I took them in). Then I seen a mark with a puncture hole on the crease on one side and the other leg had same mark with no hole. All she was willing to do is clean them. Why would I clean a pair of pants she ruined. No way to repair hole. 400.00 dollars down the drain, plus the 28 dollars for the terrible alteration.

I have used these folks for years to do my shirts, dry cleaning, alterations and shoe repair. I have never had any issues with their services! I highly recommend!

If I could give this less than one star I would. They ruined my curtains. Still waiting to see if they will reimburse me. Highly doubtful!
