Always had an excellent experience with this business! If I have any issues they are quick to make the fixes and return items. I use them for all of my clothes.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Dropped off on Tuesday and said that could not be done before Friday. 5 shirts to be dry cleaned. Small amount that any normal cleaners could have next day. And in some cases same day if dropped off early enough. Her attitude was unacceptable and should not be in a customer service industry. Will never use this service again. In fact will let everyone I know this is awful place to do business. What a shame!!!!
We have had an issue in the past with the cleaners shrinking one of my wises sweaters. After bringing it to their attention they did better for a while. I brought a newly purchased and worn sweater. When we got the sweater home there was a hole in the sweater. I took it back to the cleaners and told them about the hole. I asked that he take the $58 price of the sweater off the next cleaning bill. He refused any assistance. Twice burned by this cleaners, there will not be a third time.
My first time using this cleaners and my comforter came back with two holes in it. After going back and speaking with the owner he did have the holes sewn up. It took two weeks to sew them and they did not do a good job. I will not return.
