I highly recommend Ortman Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. I had a leak and he graciously came to repair it after his normal working hours. He was an absolute delight and made sure I was totally satisfied before he left.nIf I could give him 10 Stars I would!
If you need a plumber call this company! In the past three years I have had to call for quick repair on a variety of plumbing problems (older home). Very prompt with response and provided quality service at a fair price. It is evident that these folks place a high priority on customer service. Highly recommend!
The valve snapped off on my hot water heater and water was pouring everywhere, I mean everywhere. I called Ortman Pluming and with no hesitation Mr. Ortman stopped in directly. He shut the water off and had it fixed in no time. He was super fast and efficient and the best part was, it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I 100% recommend this company and will definitely call them again with any of my plumbing needs.
Customers beware!!! I wish I could give him no stars.This guy came into my home and did the worst job on a new construction plumbing job ever! I've paid thousands of dollars to other plumbers repairing my house. When my insurance company tried to subrogate against Erik business insurance his insurance lapsed causing my home insurance to pick up the bill. When my insurance company tried to find this guy he skipped town and moved to Florida. Now he his back ripping new customers off. Don't let this guy into your home! There are plenty of local plumbers from this area that do great work. Erik is not a man of his word or has any type of integrity about the service he provides!
