Called on a Monday for a leaky faucet they were booked until Thursday after 12. That's not a problem at all, I didn't mind waiting. Thursday I called to make sure they were still coming around 1pm because I hadn't received a call or anything all day. The person on the phone confirmed I was on the schedule and they would call when they were coming. It's now Saturday and still no call, very disappointing!

Drain Doctor was the third pro I’d had come out to look at an issue and was the only one who took the time to truly figure it out and fix it. Price was very reasonable and a fraction of what a larger company quoted me. Great experience overall.
