As most others have found my dry-cleaning needs during Covid have diminished but things do come up. I did have an urgent need for something and Brocks stepped up. Not only got the piece back on time but perfectly cleaned and pressed. Thanks again for their professional approach. Highly recommend them for any cleaning needs.

Very vague on when clothes will be ready. Never can get anyone to answer the phone and the store doesn't open on time. Store says they open at 8:00, I waited for someone to get there until they finally arrived at 8:15. When they opened, instead if helping their customer first, she proceeds to count out the money for the cash register for the day. Not good customer service.
This place quoted me 10.00 to fix a zipper then said it would be 35.00. It took 3 weeks to get my coat back and the whole zipper was destroyed. Will not be back!! Beware
