For over 12 years we’ve had consistently excellent service. Always friendly, very reasonably priced.nnThis week I had a very unusual alteration request for some vintage automotive windlace. They did it with utmost quality and again at low cost. Will always recommend this business.

I AVOIDED THEM BECAUSE OF THE REVIEWS UNTIL....nnI avoided Them because of the reviews until I was forced to use them. My office is nearby and I was on a time crunch. When I went in, I pulled up the review and asked if the prices were still high. The woman behind the counter said that the reviews were from previous owner and prices had changed. Reluctantly, I left my items and rushed back to work. A few days later I showed up to get my items and the woman remembered me. She gave me the price (which was actually really good) and then offered a discount because I showed the reviews and she appreciated me giving them a chance. Not only was the price great, the quality was good too! In fact, I am planning to take our comforters there tomorrow. Use this place and support local business!

I dropped 9 pieces off on 1/7/21. I was told it would be ready on 1/12/21. Due to work schedule and forgetting, I didn’t pick it up until today (1/18/21). Masks are required. They do a really good job with precautions. When paying, they Sanitized my card before giving it back to me and sanitized the pen before giving it to me. Kudos to them for that!nnThe quality of the work was good. No complaints at all. The unfortunate part is the prices. For 9 pieces, I was charged $67! That’s CRAZYYYYY!!!!! I only started getting my stuff dry cleaned because a co Worker did it for me for Christmas and I thought that I really should be dry cleaning my dress shirts (and others) versus washing. They didn’t give me a price up front when I dropped off and I didn’t ask because I didn’t think it would be that much, considering how much my co Worker had paid (note: she went somewhere else). This location is close to my house. Convenience was the main reason for choosing this location. I should’ve read the reviews first. It would’ve saved me money. I was NOT expecting to spend that much money. My pea coat was missing a button on the sleeve. They replaced it, and charged me $6 for a button! They didn’t even call and ask me if I wanted it!nnI was really debating between 2/3 stars. Sanitation procedures and work quality ultimately led to the 3. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

We have used this cleaners for years. They go out of their way to clean our clothes carefully and correctly based on our needs. Occasionally a shirt button is broken, but they replace it when possible and always let us know if they cannot replace it. Karen and her staff are courteous and helpful.

We just tried them for the first time last week. All the buttons on my husbands news shirt are broken or missing now. Unacceptable! We won't be going back.
