Dropped some clothes off with them the other day and was very satisfied with them. Fairly priced, quick, clean and polite front desk. Will come again.
Cleaning is great - I've never had any issues.nThe Service is even better! They recognize my car and often have my clean clothes pulled before I go through the door. And for drop-off, they step out to my car and retrieve my [labeled] bag from the back seat. This efficiency not only saves me time but it saves them time as well. Win-Win Service.
I had a NorthFace hoodie I only worn once and got a grease stain on the front. I took it here to get out the grease stain without fading the fabric or ruining the lettering. I picked it up it was faded, shrunk and the letters were cracked as if they just tossed it in the washing machine and dryer on extra high. AND THE GREASE STAIN WAS STILL ON IT! Don’t go here unless you want your things tossed in a washer and dried to oblivion... I could’ve done better myself with a bottle of Dawn.
They ruined a $4000 custom riding suit. This happened at the end of July. After avoiding me (and my assistant for a month) and refusing to give us their insurance information (to file with their insurance for the damages), we decided to file in small claims court.nnThen for the week before the date of small claims, they called me and and my assistant 2-10 times per day. They wanted me to sign an agreement to not sue for further damages in return for the insurance information. That’s right.... they were extorting me.nnThey actually have a great insurance company. The company agreed to pay for the full amount of the damage. HOWEVER the owner will not pay the deductible. YES YOU read this correctly. The insurance agent is FLOORED!nnWell, we just marched right back down to file in small claims court again. See y’all October 28 with all my paperwork from your insurer and all of the texts threatening to withhold the insurance info hostage unless I signed an agreement that YOU drew up. (And the insurance agent made sure to tell me not to sign anything you wrote up).
Always receive the best customer service. I had khakis I had purchased from Salvation Army. Stained terribly. Use for work. Not sure what the lady's make was, however, she went the extra mile to make sure I was accommodated. Keeping the pants there for an extra day was the best decision. I've ever made. Rather get great customer service than pay less and not be taken care of.
