Kevin responded to our request promptly, fit me in his schedule at a time convenient to me, and personally called me to verify his arrival on the day of the appointment. Our carpets look great and he worked his magic to remove some tough stains.
Kevin and his crew are amazingly efficient and moderately priced. Kevin was able to work around my hectic schedule and went above and beyond when it came to accommodating my availability. He is a professional at his craft. The work was immaculate, I didn't even think it was the same carpet. If you need any type of work done to your carpeting, you need to call ProTech.
I will only use ProTech Carpet Care from now on. I have a rental property and when my tenants moved out I had the carpets professionally cleaned by another company. My mistake. They couldn't get several stains out of the nylon fiber carpet. I called the manufacturer and they recommended ProTech as a certified pro. I called Kevin and he came out and got the stains out--it was amazing and saved me a lot of $$. I wish I would have used ProTech to begin with. They know carpets and how to get and keep them clean. I strongly recommend Kevin and his company. You can't go wrong.

ProTech Carpet Care does excellent work. Kevin is very knowledgeable with all aspects of cleaning. All work is done right the first time. Our carpets look like new, even the carpet that is 20 years old. Kevin is very fast and efficient. I've had him do my carpets for over twenty years, in 2 homes. My family uses Kevin to clean their homes because he is so knowledgeable, costs are low and carpet looks great.
