I have called a total of three times and every time my call was answered within the first 3 rings. The service person was knowledgeable and helpful. I got all my questions answered clearly and efficiently. My experience couldn't be better.

I began the refund process on December 22nd. At this point I've made 3 in person trips to their office and I don't even know how many phone calls to try to figure out how they lost my refund check and rollover packet in the mail. It is now March 5th and I am still dealing with this. The incompetence of this office is astonishing.

There is absolutely no reason it should take 8-12 weeks to process a refund request. I have been calling every 3 weeks to check the status and each time I am told, “ it’s in the final stages, it’s completed, just waiting for it to be signed off on, give it 3-4 weeks”. People usually request withdrawals because of unforeseen circumstances, to make them wait months is rediculious. I put my request in November and it’s now February. Had emergency surgery in November, no income in 2 months and now have medical bills going to collections because BOR is decades behind the times processing requests.
