Great customer service. Best cleaners ever!
Took shirts to be cleaned and pressed on Monday. Promised to have them ready by Friday but didn't get them back until Saturday around 11:00 AM. Made 3 trips to and from cleaners, probably spent 1/2 as much on gas as I did the shirts. Will not return. Shouldn't take a week to wash and press 15 shirts. Charged almost $3..00 per shirt. That's too much!!
I used to always get my clothes cleaned here. I recently dropped a couple pair of pants off and a few shirts. When I picked them up, it was a few weeks overdue, I was missing a pair of Calvin Klein pants! I kept trying to call so maybe they could be found. After a few weeks I got in contact with the manager. She looked and couldn’t find them. Basically just told me nope; didn’t find them, sorry. I’ll go to the over cleaners in oxford next time. They could have done something about the pants instead of dodge me AGAIN!

This is the worst dry cleaners. I am not happy. I would not waist my money going here. They make a promising due date and never fall through with it. They lied to be 2 times. The first time they said my stuff would be ready on Thursday and I called back to check and they said it would be in early on Friday at 6am. Just called and they still don’t have it. On top of that I’m convinced they lied about their prices. The lady told me it would cost less then 10 bucks and it was over that. I am very unhappy and I refuse to pay for crappy service. Spend your money somewhere else. Definitely a “Zero” star review.
