Mr Martin and his team is a first class company for all plumbing services. I have used them three times over the past 2 years. They are timely, honest and get the job done the right way. The staff is friendly and I would highly recommend you contact them for any work in the Piedmont area. We have remodeled and added a shower, vanity and full bath recently. They also installed a new tankless water heater and we just love it! When any problems would arise, they are great communicators to solve them. They definitely embrace solutions, NOT EXCUSES! Steve, Andy and Chad are a first class organization! Two thumbs up and 5 STARS all the way!

Repair work good however asked for pictures to be taken for Homeowners insurance and Home warranty and none taken. I’ve paid the invoice however, after 3 weeks still cannot get a corrected invoice. Very disappointed in the way they have chosen to ignore my requests for help even after multiple phone calls. Was repeatedly told “I’m sorry we are so busy with new clients, we will get to you when we can” and “I’m waiting for my boss to get to it but he only comes in for meetings once a day”. This is not the right way to run a business.

I have been using Martin Bradley for all my plumbing needs since we moved back in 2016. Every employee is very friendly, very professional and gets the job done in a timely manner. I recommend this company above all others have not once had a bad experience using this company and generally have to get something replaced at least once a year.

I had used Steve Martin's services many times earlier and had recently called them regarding low water pressure problem on my kitchen faucet. After the plumbers had left, we discovered that the cold water connection had somehow gotten connected to the refrigerator water line, and every time we turned off the cold water on the kitchen, the refrigerator water line was vibrating and making a rattling noise. I called them to inform about the situation and requested them to take a look. Steve himself came to our house the very next day and addressed our concerns. Thank you very much!

I have used multiple plumbers in the area since moving here a few years ago. That being said, my experience yesterday with Martin Bradley has led me decide to use them for all of my plumbing needs from here on out. I needed a shower valve to be replaced as it was leaking. Not only did they do a fantastic job replacing the valve and putting in new hardware, but when the water was turned back on they noticed that my toilet needed a new flapper installed and went ahead and took care of that for me. I will be reaching out again soon as I will be getting plumbing installed in my basement. Thank you!
