First visit was to balance the house, adjust vents under the house. He did a great job and house feels much better.nnSecond visit was to adjust gas line in second floor storage room. He did a great job and was in and out rather quickly.nnBoth employees were professional and very nice. Wore their masks at all times. They made sure our needs were met before they left and cleanups up after themselves if need be.

I needed emergency plumbing repair and I contacted Sutton Brothers as they were listed first on my browser search. I placed the call and was promptly connected to an extremely pleasant person. After explaining my dilemma he promptly scheduled a technician that would be dispatched that very afternoon. Tony Bartolo arrived as scheduled in a clean well kept vehicle and Tony was clean and neat wearing a company logo shirt. He was respectful of my lack of plumbing knowledge. He had the job done in no time without any problems, fuss or mess. I haven’t always made good decisions but calling Sutton Brothers was a good call. I commend Tony for being the man he is, his parents for is work ethic and Sutton Brothers for employing him. Pay him well or you run the risk of losing him to competition.

Sutton Brothers service and attentive to detail is fantastic. They installed the units in our new construction home but mistakenly didn’t file a warranty for one of the units. Danielle made sure to follow up with the Install Manager and with the manufacturer. It’s so nice to see they do what they say and work hard to make sure it’s right. I would recommend them 110% of the time.

It was our first experience with Sutton Brothers we set up a yearly maintenance plan for or unit. We were recommended by our neighbor who had a great experience with their installation on a new heating unit.nBlaine was our technician today it went perfect and he is A+++++++++.nThe initial visit today was gathering information on our unit for their records in preparation for future maintenance and service calls.nWe look forward to a long relationship with Sutton Brothers and Blaine.

Sutton Brothers was very responsive. Antonio came out to repair a shut-off valve and install the new toilet. While they didn't give me a ballpark estimate before coming out Antonio access what needed to be done and gave me a fair price before doing any work. He was quick and efficient and explained everything well. Very nice, pleasant and respectful. Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if needed.
