In this day and time you would think that customer service should be #1! If you are looking for smiling, friendly, courteous service do not go here! The manager Carol should not be allowed to wait on the customers. She is rude, quick to shut you down and acts like she doesn’t want to be there!nObviously, I won’t be back! I thought I’d promote local business so I will Drive the extra mile, pay more and get the service that everybody deserves at Cleaner World or New ERA cleaners!
