My home owners warranty used this company to come out to see what was going on with our hot water heater. The technician was so helpful and explained everything in detail on what was going on with it to help me to understand better. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a good plumber!

After almost a month schedule and reschedule, Bass plumbing is horrible. They can't fix the garage disposal. They blamed it on the previous technician that home warranty sent out (American Home Shield). When demand a recommendation for repairs sending false reports of personnel abuse equipment because they don’t want to go back out there to fix it. By the way when you called back in regards to the finds, the receptionist stated that her boss is on the other line calling her about your issue that she will call back , never did, never will. She let the call go straight to voicemail once you called back. That’s her trick to get rid of customers. They didn't check the leak for the bathroom. They said they don't know where the leak is coming from. Keep flushing the bathroom and let leak damage the structure then they will see it and fix it. Overall the worst company ever

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but this time it's absolutely warranted. We have been dragged through the mud by our home warranty company for the last month to order our replacement water heater. On the installation day, the owner of Bass Plumbing went to go pick up the water heater and found that our home warranty had inexplicably cancelled the water heater and there was no heater to pickup. The owner paid out of his own pocket to purchase a water heater so that we could keep our original installation date (he will eventually be refunded by our terrible home warranty company, Cinch/HMS). They were always responsive, on time, friendly, communicative. Would absolutely use them again for any plumbing needs. Thank you!!! After a month w/o hot water Bass Plumbing was a lifesaver!

I also had a bad experience with Bass, and they were contracted through my home warranty provider so I didn’t choose them. They came out once to find a leak, stayed for 5 minutes and said there was no leak. They never called me or sent me a summary of the visit. I insisted they return to find the leak that I had photos of. They said they would call before they came. They didn’t call, showed up, no one answered and they left. It was only on the third visit that they finally found the leak and then they had to come back a fourth time to fix it. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience with their technicians and their customer service personnel. I would not recommend using Bass plumbing.

Actually positive. I read the reviews and wasn’t happy they were assigned by my home warranty. But John did a great job and had the main sewer line unclogged by 8:30am the next morning after submitting service request at 9pm the night before.
