Very knowledgeable and came out on a Saturday afternoon just to make sure my brother and his family didn't have to spend another night with backed up toilets and showers. Very nice and good prices

Mr Carter Septic Tank Service came out and drain the tank, did repairs on my tank . Not only was his service great , but he was so polite. I give this a five star.

Prices to do services kept changing. He would tell you a super high price just to see if you would pay. Never came back to do repairs. Hired another company for half the price of his quote. Wouldn’t recommend them.

We used Mr. Carter’s septic tank business to pump our tank ...they were very professional, on time for the services they called and let us know beforehand they were on the way. The guy came up and greeted us explained what they were doing. The process was very quick and i will definitely be using them again to pump my septic tank !!
