An overall excellent experience...prompt, courteous, professional, and excellent customer service. This is not your typical sling some warm water on the carpet and vacuum it up service. They pre-treat, scrub/clean the carpet, then steam clean. The results were excellent. All dirt and stains gone and it smells so fresh.nnThey also take the time to make sure that your walls, corners, and other items are protected from the equipment and hoses. They do not rush and care about the quality of the work they are doing.nnThis was our first time using Triple D's, but it will not be the last. Highly recommended!

The technician, Carlton came in and did a fantastic job! He was thorough, and he was even able to remove stains from the carpet that were there when we first moved in! He took his time and made sure it was done correctly! Whenever we need our carpets cleaned--I will make sure to ask for him to come because he did such an amazing job.
