This is the second time I’ve come around 10pm to pick up my laundry and they are CLOSED even though their sign says they close at 11pm. The guy said he couldn’t open to let us get our stuff because the alarm was already set. This is UNACCEPTABLE. You should not advertise that you close at 11 if you are just going to close early, especially when you can clearly see that there are two dryers still full of laundry. I have no sheets or blankets to sleep with tonight, and I will have to go out of my way to pick up my laundry when they open in the morning. I will NOT be doing laundry here anymore.
Not a lot of people, haven’t been locked out with clothes in dryer, and this place isn’t dirty.
Horrible experience. It says it closes at 11pm! It 10pm and it is closed I am furious my clothes are in the dryer and I have to work tomorrow morning and won't have clothes. What in the world am I supposed to do it says 11pm! Not to mention that my clothes will not be warm tomorrow morning therefore wrinkled!!!
Put my laundry, the machine was leaking, the attendant said who is the stupid person who did this.nVery rude, and the laundry facilities were dirty, and the attendant was very rude.
