I accidentally ordered 3 of the same on their app, and called to cancel the additional two orders immediately. Picked up my one order. They assured me the two additional orders were cancelled and should be refunded through the system. I called them 5 times to confirm afterwards b/c it still has not been refunded. It has been 3 weeks!!!

Great food and service, loved this place since it opened. Disclaimer however, if ordering for takeout, avoid using the “labrador.ai” service which google claims is “preferred by this business. I ordered through this unknown service and was told that they had never heard of it, and had not received my order or my payment, so I was out of luck. Not sure how else to report this online ordering service.

I love their food, but when I went to pick mine up only one of the three people preparing the bowls was wearing a mask. I won't be going back for awhile.

The food was Great, but the reason why I gave them 3 stars is because of the employees MUST pay more attention or their guest and stop:n1-Talking to each other.n2-Be more friendly.n3-Take off their EarPods.n4-Make their guest feel welcome.nnBy changing how the employees act you can take your Pokeworks into a different level.nnThank you.

Customer service needs some work as it looks like their employees enjoy listening to his or her earpods more than being attentive to their store customers. Have separate people doing online orders as the line was backed up because someone was checking on his or her phone, doing the online order and completely ignoring the store customers. Would have given this less stars but I do enjoy the quality of the food here so there's my 3.5 to 4 stars.
