I paid for the $20 wash and my car somehow came out looking dirtier than when it went in. My wife and I were baffled. There are large areas where the paint looks completely dull and dirty, the front bumper/hood still has the same road grime and bugs on it. Additionally, the vacuums operate with extremely low suction, so expect to spend significantly more time and/or re-vacuum at home.nnI recognize that everyone's experience will vary, and this doesn't take away from others' positive experiences, however this was not a good experience for me. Prior to entering the wash, I was considering the convenience of the $35 monthly wash service, but I quickly changed my mind as I was reminded of the previous bad experiences I had years ago under the TLC Auto Wash name.
I've tried to get in contact with this company to cancel my unlimited washes for about 3 weeks now. No one ever picks up the phone or calls back. I've called this location and corporate multiple times and I never get an answer or a call back. This extremely unprofessional.
My wash didn’t occur the first time we went through which was easily fixed and appreciate the guy in the red shirt that helped out. Very polite and understanding. However the interior guy seemed to have an attitude about me getting my car to go through the car wash again. And even afterwards when he was finished. I have a simple thank you even though that’s his job.
Car wash is great, they take pride in satisfying their customers and sure they clean the trucks and cars right.
Love how friendly the staff is and how they seem to care about the customers
