My go to for dry cleaning in the Somerville area, their pricing is great! Have not been disappointed by the quality of their work.
Used their services years ago and stopped bc the clothes were coming back dirty.... stopped and start to give them a second chance since is so close to our house. Bad decision! I complain about a whit jacket dirty right in the front and I had to hear “that’s the best it can get”. Guess what I got home and it didn’t take me 2 minutes and I got it done Pay to get the clothes back dirty again?? I do a better job myself.
I've been using this dry cleaner for 1 1/2 years now. He is a very friendly man and does wonderful work. I trust him with all my clothing and he even cleaned my wedding dress and removed some stains. If I feel something isn't right, I just point it out to him and he fixes it. No complaints!
Went back to this place and there was some miscommunication about the pick up day. They were very nice about it and apologized a bunch of times, even left with a discount. Thank you!
