I can't recommend this place enough. Their customer service is outstanding! The owner, Lily, is super friendly, professional, flexible, and would go the extra mile for her customers. Lily was absolutely lovely in how she welcomed me as a new customer. She went the extra mile, not only dry cleaning my tuxedo last minute and deliver them the next day for a good price.nShe also impressively fixed a gold button on the suit that is not easy to find with the exact right design in that short time!nWhat really makes them even more great is that they use non-toxic methods in their dry cleaning.nI would definitely trust Lapels Dry Cleaning again.

This place is perfect! Read plenty of reviews before decided to go and really glad that I found this place! Very professional and the lady there is so nice and friendly. My cashmere sweater was treated carefully and all the stains are gone!! will definitely come back :)
